Shipping

We currently only ship within the US and offer two shipping options: USPS Priority Mail or Local Atlanta Pickup.

USPS orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days of ordering. Holidays, inclement weather, or increased holiday shipping volumes may cause delay.

Local Atlanta Pickup orders may be picked up in East Point. I will email you to schedule a time.

**Only chose Local Atlanta Pickup if you are actually able to pick up your order.**
 

Returns/REFUNDS

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you have 7 days to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To start a return, you can contact us at rebecca@bexpottery.com. We will notify you if your refund is approved once we have received your returned item and inspected it. If approved you will be refunded through your original payment method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted seconds, wonky pots, or clearance items.
